Curso de capacitación "Obtencion de Contratos de Exclusividad" / "How to obtain Exclusive Listing contracts" Training course
La exclusividad es una cuestión de compromiso con nuestros clientes y con nosotros mismos. Es un error pensar que dar la propiedad a diversos “profesionales” y “no profesionales inmobiliarios” dará más posibilidad de venta. Por el contrario, las propiedades sin exclusiva no se pueden y no se deben subir a herramientas como La Paz MLS y limitan los recursos a utilizar para una promoción adecuada de un inmueble y, por consiguiente, el concretarse una venta en el menor tiempo posible y libre de contratiempos. Quien celebra contratos "sin exclusiva" deja abierta la puerta para que una vez celebrada la operación le sean cambiadas todas las condiciones iniciales de los mismos e incluso se le desconozca el cliente ó se le atribuya a otro agente. Por esta razón, propiedades sin exclusiva significa propiedades rezagadas en el inventario, en manos de todos y sin el compromiso de nadie y menos de un profesional.
AMPI LA PAZ, en coordinación con AMPI NACIONAL estará trayendo este próximo sábado 27 de marzo a partir de las 9 am en Pedregal de La Paz el curso de capacitación de "Obtención de Contratos en Exclusiva", impartido por el Lic. José Martínez Licea del Insituto de Capacitación de AMPI Nacional. Como socios AMPI NACIONAL ustedes pueden disfrutar este curso a un costo preferencial y, de la misma manera, los que no son socios AMPI pero se interesen en el mismo pueden tener acceso al mismo, afiliarse a AMPI LA PAZ y comprobar los beneficios de los contratos en exclusiva.
Exclusive contracts are a matter of commitment to our clients and ourselves. There is a common misbelieve that, by giving a listing to “professionals” and “non professional Real Estate advisors” will increase its sales possibilities. It is actually completely opposite, since it limits it promotional resources, it will not provide confidence to potential buyers, its information can´t be uploaded on powerful tools such as La Paz MLS and therefore will take more time to be sold. Those who celebrate non exclusive contracts expose the buyer, the seller and even and themselves.

As AMPI NACIONAL members you can enjoy this training at a fraction of the cost and those who are not AMPI NACIONAL members can have access to it as well or affiliate to AMPI LA PAZ and share the benefits of working through exclusive contracts.

A new airport shuttle is now carrying international travelers between the airports of San Jose del Cabo and La Paz. The new service is being operated by, “ Eco Baja Tours.”
The modern vehicle is similar to those providing luxury service, on Mexico’s mainland. Buses will leave San Jose airport at 7: 00 a.m. and 9: 00 a.m. They will make return trips from La Paz at 2:30 and 5:00 p.m. Developer and hotel associations are underwriting the new service, along with the State Tourism Department.
A one way ticket for the shuttle will cost 325 pesos. (About $US 25 or $CDN 27) Meanwhile the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) is working with the Secretary of Tourism to lobby for more flights to La Paz.
