OPEN HOUSE CASA ADRIANA

El viernes 14 de mayo Coldwell Banker Riveras La Paz ofreció un evento Casa Muestra para promover Casa Adriana, listado que se encuentra disponible en La Paz MLS. Al evento asistieron los siguientes miembros AMPI LA PAZ: Victor Granados – South Baja Properties, Alonzo Stell y Don Johnston – Lands End Realty, Luis Rojas – La Paz Baja Realty y tesorero de AMPI LA PAZ 2010, Eduardo Ramírez – Baja Bay Real Estate así como colegas del gremio como es el caso de Fernando Abad de Diamante Associates, Luis Flores y Gonzalo Gloria de Remax del Mar, Blanca Corral de Bancomer BBV Preferred Customer´s Unit y la Lic. Ana Maya de Baja Legal Services.

Desde las 9 am hasta las 11:30 am los agentes de CB Riveras Gabriela Alvarez, Tony Galaz y Anabelle Rossell (Secretaria AMPI LA PAZ 2010) ofrecieron recorridos a la casa a los asistentes y al final, como cortesía, se podía degustar café, jugo y bocadillos especialmente elaborados por Las Tres Vírgenes. Antes de retirarse los asistentes retroalimentaron al staff a través de un reporte de visita mediante el cual evaluaron las amenidades de la propiedad, el precio y el servicio recibido.

Queremos seguir exhortando a los miembros de AMPI LA PAZ a que suban sus listados exclusivos a La Paz MLS, mediante el cual podrán disfrutar de la exposición y promoción que se les pueden proporcionar a través del sistema y los medios sociales de los cuales disponemos como beneficio adicional a su membresía.

AMPI LA PAZ members such as Victor Granados – South Baja Properties, Alonzo Stell and Don Johnston – Land´s End Realty, Luis Rojas – La Paz Baja Realty /AMPI LA PAZ 2010 treasurer, Eduardo Ramírez – Baja Bay Real Estate and also friends of the industry as Fernando Abad - Diamante Associates, Luis Flores y Gonzalo Gloria - Remax del Mar, Blanca Corral de Bancomer BBV Preferred Customer´s Unit and Ana Maya - Baja Legal Services attended the event.

From 9 am to 11.30 am CB Riveras agents Gabriela Alvarez, Tony Galaz and Anabelle Rossell (AMPI LA PAZ 2010 Secretary) toured the attendants and at the end, coffee, juice and brunch specially elaborated by Las Tres Virgenes. Before they leave guest gave their feedback through a Visit Report where they evaluated property features, price and the service they received.

We want to exhort AMPI LA PAZ members to use the LA PAZ MLS and upload their exclusive listings and use the promotion and exposition that the system provides and the social media resources that are being used as an additional benefit to their membership.
